Five years ago, our founder walked into a yoga studio for the first time.
She loved the practice — but she was shocked by the price of the gear.A pair of leggings cost more than a week's groceries.
A yoga mat cost as much as a month's gym membership. And the sales assistant told her, "You get what you pay for."
That didn't sit right.She was a textile engineer by training. She knew exactly what went into making activewear — the materials, the labor, the markup. And she knew that the difference between a $120 pair of leggings and a $40 pair was rarely about quality. It was about brand hype, celebrity endorsements, and inflated retail margins.
So she decided to prove it wrong.She sourced the same Italian warp-knit fabric used by premium brands. She found the same factories that produced for luxury labels — with the same quality control standards.
She kept every stitch, every seam, every wash-test exactly the same.
But she cut three things:No influencer campaigns.No fancy packaging.No "prestige" retail markups.
What was left? Just the product. And a price tag that made people do a double-tak
